Our teams are structured to be a complete entity that can
manage documentation to final testing. Our teams are
structured with the Module Manager who is followed by a Team
Leader who has atleast four Symbian Programmers working
under them along with a trainee in this team. Normally
Q&A and documentation experts work on several teams at once
and they do not have association with permanent teams due to
the fluid nature of their operations.
Each Module Manager has at-least four years of experience
whereas the team leaders have an experience of at-least 3
year. Programmer experience ranges from 1 to 2 years.
All programming experience is in relation to Symbian OS.
