We have worked with customers to develop documentation for
feasibility analysis and market research for Symbian OS
products and delivered applications and products including
ReadMe's for end users and customer support manuals.
Needless to say that we are very well seasoned with
launching of products in retail with our customers and
provide training to in-house staff for customer support.
We have delivered projects and applications which deal with
the following aspects of Symbian OS:
Bluetooth:
Connectivity between several handsets and a BT Access Point
for server connections to enable trasnfer of data, pictures,
messaging across handsets controlled by the server. An
Ad-Hoc process could also be used instead of Infrastructure
mode as described.
GPRS:
Enabled applications running on handsets to send data back
and forth to online databases. This project dealt with
transferring secure data between the handset and multiple
online databases.
Several other projects have also been worked on with using
GPRS which dealt with sending encrypted and un encrypted
data to a central server as keyed in the handset.
Several solutions were implemented for companies to transfer
data between handset and database such as inventory, sales,
file access to internal database and V.P.N
Telephony:
Projects in telephony have dealt with handling of incoming
and outgoing calls. We can manage the incoming and
outgoing call from a Symbian Handset so as to control the
functions of the phone or have the user command the phone
for specific actions.
SMS and MMS:
We have been working on SMS and MMS technologies to develop
personal productivity applications that have the ability to
send multiple SMS/MMS or send time bound messages to several
users at once.
Others:
We have been working on several internal system technologies
which enable the user to have complete control of the phone.
